Diets

The right way to get in shape is having a good diet a good diet consist of many things!!!

  • Eating the right foods
  • Drink a lot of fluids

Eating right doesn't mean getting a salad at the local McDonald's ...... it means that you should go out and buy your own fruits and vegetables. that means that u should buy melon, apples,bananas oranges are an excellent source of Vitamin C... For vegetables you should cook up carrots, corn green leaf vegetable (lettuce, Green beans, spinach, and peas) .... you also need meat in your diet such as chicken and fish you shouldn't have to many red meats in your diet. Fish and chicken are excellent sources of protein..you also should drink a lot of water , orange juices and apple juices all from not concentrate these are a lot better from you!!!!and will make you have a much better diet....
