Types of Work Outs

Types of works outs should include.....

  1. Running or Jogging (you should be able to run at least 1 mile a day)
  2. Lifting Weights(curls,bench press,leg press,leg curls and core body)
  3. Crunches or Sit-ups
  4. Push-ups
  5. You should always stretch before any activity you do before and after you do it so you don't tighten up !!!!!!!!

so im gonna tell you exactly what i did
that made me loose about 15lbs for football season
and you can do it to with this routine


My Simple Routine:
do it for a bout 2 weeks
when your take the Acai Berry Diet Pill

go out for runs start short and build up
do about 200 sit-up and crunches/day
and do a lot of abdominal exercises
do a few routines in the weight room or gym
and now my stomach is flat and have a nice 6 pack
